Start with one line for each tank: tank ID, contents, date filled, person who filled it and estimated quantity. For example, if a tank contains 800 litres of irrigation water in the morning and 275 litres are used for mowing, the log will show a remaining quantity of 525 litres. The next user can see straight away whether there is enough water for the day’s tasks or whether the tank needs to be filled before setting off.
